How is technology changing the buying, selling, owning, managing, building and financing of South Alabama real estate?

Leaders in the use of technology for commercial real estate will cover this question from every angle, at the Hyatt O'Hare Hotel in Chicago during a groundbreaking conference and exposition -- realcomm.07. Organized by The Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS(R) (an international professional association) and The Jamesan Group (a real estate technology service firm), realcomm.07 will feature products and systems that exist today or will be introduced in the near future. realcomm.07 looks at how these technologies are transforming the practice of commercial real estate into the digital model of the 21st Century.

Five years ago -- even two years ago -- this technology would have seemed like science fiction. Today, it is not only real, it is setting the agenda and determining the winners," said J. Michael Boyd, 2007 chairman of the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS(R) and president of Boyd, Page & Associates, in Houston. "This conference is designed to prepare commercial real estate professionals to succeed in the next century."
